Workouts Mon, Wed and Fri at 7 am, around your meetings

Why delegate your personal life?

You delegate at work. Why are you still doing everything yourself at home?

At work you delegate without thinking twice, because your time and attention are worth more spent elsewhere. Then the workday ends, and you’re the one booking appointments, planning travel, tracking deliveries, researching options and keeping everyone’s plans straight.

None of it is difficult on its own. Together, it quietly takes up the attention your family, your health and your best thinking deserve.

Still on your list tonight

  • Moving the dentist around a board meeting
  • Flights and a hotel for the conference
  • A birthday gift, ordered in time
  • The contractor who hasn't called back
  • Renewals due before the end of the month
  • Fitting workouts into next week

Delegation shouldn’t stop when your workday ends.

What people hand over first

Real people, not another app

A second brain for your personal life. A real team to get things done.

Your team holds the details for you, and then acts on them.

  1. 01Remember

Important dates, preferences, responsibilities and what's coming up, so nothing lives only in your head.

  2. 02Think ahead

Scheduling conflicts spotted early, renewals caught before they lapse, needs anticipated before you ask.

  3. 03Organize

Your calendar, routines, travel and arrangements, kept in order week after week.

  4. 04Get it done

Options researched, people contacted, arrangements made, and followed up until they're finished.

  5. 05Keep you on track

Help setting goals, a plan that fits your week, and someone checking in so you stay consistent.

  6. 06Own whole areas

Ongoing responsibility for parts of your life, not one-off requests you have to keep sending.

You don’t need another app to remind you what to do. You need people who actually do it.

You stay in control. You make the decisions and set the approval rules for purchases, bookings and messages in your name. Your team handles the coordination and the follow-through. How this differs from a virtual assistant

The experience

Ask once. Or don't ask at all.

Send a request and get back finished arrangements, or clear options and a quick yes when your approval is needed. Often your Concierge gets there first: conflicts spotted, dates remembered, plans prepared before they become your problem.

What if you didn’t have to keep everything in your head?

Imagine waking up knowing someone is already watching your week. Tomorrow’s flight is sorted. The appointment you kept postponing is being arranged. Your workouts are in the calendar, around your meetings. Your mother’s birthday is remembered, and the gift is waiting for your yes.

No lists running in the background. No small decisions piling up. Just more room to think, and to be present.

You have people for that now.

  • Stop keeping everything in your head.

Dates, preferences, renewals and loose ends are held by your team and brought to you only when they matter.

  • Get your time and attention back.

Fewer small decisions, no chasing, and evenings that aren't spent on admin.

  • Make real progress on your personal goals.

A plan that fits your week, someone to schedule it, and check-ins that help you stay consistent.

Three journeys

Imagine what your life could look like.

Three hypothetical journeys, showing what changes when people who know you take responsibility for the details.

A family walking together on a misty beach at sunset

Alex · Founder

His company gets his best hours. His family gets his weekends.

Appointments, contractors and trips used to eat into his evenings. Now his Concierge keeps all of it moving, flights booked the way he likes and the car serviced before it's overdue. His part is a quick yes.

How we help founders
Three friends laughing over dinner at a restaurant table

Sophia · Executive

Her evenings are hers again.

Group chats, reservations and reminders used to take over her nights. Now her team plans the dinners, books the table she likes and remembers every birthday. She just shows up.

How we help executives
A man running along the harbour in the morning sun

Daniel · Entrepreneur

Fitness finally fits his week.

He had restarted his routine more times than he could count. Now his plan is built for him, scheduled around his meetings and reviewed every Sunday, with someone who notices when a week slips.

What your team handles

Hand over whole areas of life, not just tasks.

Stop managing the same things every week. Hand an area over once, and your team keeps it running, checking with you only when it matters.

Your Personal Concierge

One person who knows you. A whole team making things happen.

Not an app and not a queue. A named person who learns how you like things done, thinks a step ahead, and brings in specialists so you never manage handoffs.

A note from your Concierge

Morning, Alex.

I’ve moved Thursday’s session to 6:30 pm because of your early flight, and booked the window table at Osteria Lume you liked last time.

Sam’s birthday is next week. Same peonies as last year? Just reply yes and I’ll take care of it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What exactly can I ask my team to do?

Research, planning, scheduling and coordination across your health routines, personal finances and everyday life. That includes comparing options, booking appointments and reservations, organizing travel, building training and meal plans around your week, preparing budget and spending summaries, and following up on whatever is outstanding. If something falls outside what your team does, your Personal Concierge will tell you clearly.

Who is SuperHandled for?

People whose time is better spent on work, family, health and the rest of life than on bookings, research, scheduling and follow-ups: often founders, executives and busy professionals in the US. It suits you if you would rather send one message and get back finished work or clear options to approve.

How is this different from a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant usually works through tasks you define, often billed by the hour. SuperHandled is a personal team on a flat monthly fee: a named Personal Concierge who knows your preferences and owns each request end to end, plus Fitness & Lifestyle and Finance Specialists for personal goals. It is not a full-time employee working only for you.

Will my team contact people on my behalf?

Yes, with your permission. Your team can message restaurants, providers, businesses and the people you name, always making clear they are writing as your team. What they can do without asking, and what needs your approval first, is agreed with you at the start.

How does the team work together?

Your Personal Concierge is your main point of contact. They know your preferences, own each request from start to finish and bring in your Fitness & Lifestyle Specialist or Finance Specialist whenever their expertise helps, so you never have to manage handoffs. Your team stays with you over time and also supports other clients.

How quickly can I expect a response?

Response-time targets and service hours are confirmed in your written terms before you start, and we would rather confirm them with you than publish a number we have not finalized. On Plus, your requests are handled ahead of routine Personal requests, so you can expect less waiting. SuperHandled is not a 24/7 or emergency service on either plan. For anything urgent or medical, contact the appropriate service directly.

What is the difference between Personal and Plus?

Only priority. Both plans include a named Personal Concierge, specialist support, a private communication channel, proactive reminders, research, arrangements and personal goal organization. Personal is $900 a month. Plus is $1,500 a month and adds priority request handling, faster attention during service hours and priority for last-minute arrangements.

Are third-party costs included?

No. Your plan covers your team's work. Meals, deliveries, travel, bookings and purchases are paid separately, and your team only spends money on your behalf within approval rules you set.

How do you protect my personal information?

We collect very little through this website: your name, email and a short note. We never ask for medical or financial records through the site. Before you share anything sensitive, we agree a secure way to do it during onboarding, and you decide what to share. Our privacy notice explains how website messages are handled.

Can you work with my existing calendar?

Your team plans your week in a shared calendar. How that calendar is set up and shared is agreed with you during onboarding, so tell us what you use today when we talk.

What happens if my priorities change?

Tell your team. Plans are reviewed at regular check-ins and can change whenever your situation does: flexible commitments are reorganized around what matters now, while fixed ones stay put. Nothing is booked, changed or cancelled without your approval.

How do I get started?

Select Talk to Our Team and send a short note about what you would like help managing. We reply personally, talk through your needs, and share the terms in writing. Nothing starts and nothing is charged until you decide to begin.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are set out in your written terms, which you review before you start, so you know exactly how to stop before you commit.

Is my team a doctor, financial adviser or lawyer?

No. Your specialists coordinate health-, finance- and other specialist-related tasks, but they are not licensed medical, dietetic, financial, tax or legal professionals and do not give that kind of advice. When you need a licensed professional, your team can help you find one and prepare for the appointment.

There’s more to life than managing it.

Hand over the daily responsibilities, clear your head, and spend your time on what actually matters. Tell us what you'd like off your plate, and we'll show you what your team would take care of first.

Every message is read by a person. No payment details needed.
